Heather Coleman, President of Belmont Volunteers for Literacy, and the student who spearheaded this year’s Family Literacy Day, is a finalist for the Mary Catherine Strobel Youth Volunteer of the Year award. The awards luncheon will take place April 18 at the Franklin Marriott Hotel.
