During the Office of Campus Security’s annual Christmas Appreciation Breakfast, the inaugural Excellence in Service award was awarded to retired officer Tim Kelton for continuously anticipating customer needs, taking ownership of issues through resolution and maintaining customer perspective at the forefront of all he did as an officer.
The office’s published flyer said, “[Kelton’s] actions consistently reflected well on the department and served to inspire others to achieve the same level of service excellence.”
