Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Amy E. Crook recently served as the invited keynote speaker at the Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology conference on Saturday Nov, 7. Ophthalmologists and ophthalmology residents and fellows from Vanderbilt University’s School of Medicine and The University of Tennessee’s Health Science Center gathered to discuss the future of field, educating patients and the importance of leadership in eye health.
Dr. Crook spoke to the group about leading in medical teams and creating a healthy organizational culture in eye institutes or private practice settings.
