Belmont alumna and Christian recording artist Ginny Owens was honored by the Nashville mayor Bill Purcell’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities at its 25th annual awards ceremony last night. The mayor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities annual recognition awards acknowledge outstanding individuals with disabilities as well as those who make a difference in the disability community.
