Three successful individuals attended a fundraiser recently and realized they all had one thing in common: they were all Belmont University alumni.
The fundraiser was for Georgia State Representative Erick Allen (Belmont Alumnus, Class of 2003), who is running to be the first African American Lieutenant Governor in Georgia. Find more information about his campaign here.
Also in attendance were I’Ashea Myles (Belmont Alumna, Class of 2001 and Belmont Law School Class of 2014) and Harry Allen (Belmont Alumnus, Class 2004 and Belmont MBA Class of 2010).
Myles, attorney at Bone McAllester Norton, is running to be the first African American female civil trial court judge in Davidson County. If elected, she would also be the first African American female chancellor in the state of Tennessee. Find more information about her campaign here.
Harry Allen (R) is the EVP, Chief Relationship Officer and a founding member at one of the fastest growing banks in the Mid-South: Studio Bank.
