Andrea Vickers, who will attend Belmont University this fall, placed third in the United States Figure Skating Association Collegiate Competition in Troy, Ohio. Vickers, who skates at Southern Ice Arena in Cool Springs, near Franklin, Tenn., competed against 12 other skaters from across the country in the Junior Ladies division.
