Scarbrough, vice president and news editor at the cable sports network, speaks at 10 a.m. Monday in the Bunch Multimedia Hall on the second floor of the library. Members of the media are invited to attend. Scarbrough is one of a handful of elite journalists speaking at Belmont this spring. [Editor’s note, Feb. 13: Scarbrough’s Belmont appearance was postponed because of travel difficulties due to the blizzard in the northeast. It will be rescheduled.]
